Whether you are looking to start clean eating from step 1, or looking to take it to another level, the CEC is a program designed as a step by step process of transforming the way you eat.

What is Clean Eating?

Clean eating IS: Vegetables, fruits, beans, nuts, seeds, whole grains, Organic eggs and dairy, Organic meats and fish, healthy oils.

Clean Eating IS NOT: Chemicals, preservatives, food coloring, flavor enhancers, texture enhancers, artificial sweeteners, processed sugar, processed flours, conventionally raised meat, dairy and eggs.

How does it work?

Upon registration, you will receive the "Getting Started Guide" with helpful tips, pantry shopping list and recommended videos to help prepare for the challenge.

Join a live group conference call to get you started and answer any questions.

Each morning you will receive an email full of information, resources and recipes.

Join the private Facebook group to connect with other challengers and/or email me privately with any questions throughout.

*VIP members may connect with Cara via phone or Skype for a one hour consultation during the 21 days as well as participate in 2 more conference calls where we dive deeper into our CEC experience.
